Privacy policy
What we collect
- Your RollerCoin username and the public data of your room, read from your public profile.
- The inventory text you paste.
- Your email, to send the optimization report.
- For fair use, counters linked to your username, email and IP address, which expire on their own within 48 hours. The IP address is not stored in the database.
- A cookie with a random id, so the site remembers your inventory and optimizations on this browser.
- For supporters: an account (email, username, password) and payment records (amount, currency, crypto asset and network, transaction id and timestamps).
- When you contribute: the receipt you email us (transaction hash, username and email you include). Crypto transactions are public on their blockchain; we only link yours to your account to confirm the contribution.
- If you turn on the supporters wall: your RollerCoin username is shown publicly on the support page until you turn it off.
- If you write to us through the contact form: your message and, if you give them, your email and RollerCoin username, only to read it and reply.
- Small preferences, such as having closed the seasonal banner, are stored only in your browser and are not sent to us.
- Ads: the public pages show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show and measure ads, including personalised ads. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent first. How Google uses data from sites that use its services
How long we keep it
- Without an account: inventory and optimizations are deleted after 30 days of inactivity; your email is deleted as soon as the report is sent.
- Contact form messages are deleted after 180 days.
- Supporters: while the account exists. You can delete your account in the settings.
- Payment records and contribution receipts are kept as long as required for accounting.
What we never do
- We never ask for your RollerCoin password and never act on your RollerCoin account.
- We never ask for wallet private keys or seed phrases.
- We do not sell your data.
